The first thing I look for in a diet pill is proven ingredients and Abidexin drew my attention because it actually has several powerful and patented all-natural ingredients you hear a lot about.
Unfortunately, experience has taught me proven ingredients don’t always mean proven amounts or even results. In fact, several ineffective diet pills have proven ingredients but lack enough of those proven ingredients to really make a difference for most people.
So I wanted to find out what’s in Abidexin and if you’ll really get the results you’re being promised.
Under the Lid: Can Abidexin’s Ingredients Deliver Results?
Abidexin’s formula is a very intriguing blend of natural ingredients and you actually get five very popular ingredients that have all undergone numerous studies related to their benefits associated with weight loss. Here’s what you’ll get with Abidexin:
Irvingia Gabonensis contains fiber, which satisfies cravings and lowers cholesterol. This African fruit also increases leptin and adiponectin. These hormones help burn fat and reduce hunger signals. Study participants who took irvingia gabonensis felt less hungry and lost up to 28 lbs. (Lipids in Health & Disease, 2009). After being strongly promoted by diet pill companies about two years ago, this remains one of the most effective weight loss ingredients available.
Green Select Phytosome Green Tea is a patented form of green tea. Green tea is already the most studied, most proven all-natural ingredient available for weight loss. This form of green tea has higher levels of key active ingredients including polyphenols and EGCG. While most forms of green tea are excellent for weight loss, Green Select Phytosome Green Tea is especially helpful.
Green Coffee Bean Extract is an extract taken from coffee beans before they are roasted. As coffee beans go through the roasting process, the amount of chlorogenic acid is reduced significantly. The high amounts of cholorgenic acid found in the green coffee beans have been shown to enhance weight loss results. According to studies, the green coffee bean extract helps regulate blood sugar levels and improves metabolic activity.
Caffeine Anhydrous increases metabolism and boosts energy levels. One study found 100 mg caffeine raises metabolism 3-4%. By suppressing the NPY stress hormone, caffeine anhydrous improves mood and reduces cravings (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 1989).
Coenzyme Q10 is a little less proven to help directly with weight loss, but works as a significant support ingredient because it is such a powerful antioxidant. While it helps fight free radicals that can prevent weight loss, it also increases the conversion of food to energy to help speed up the metabolism.
Great Ingredients, But Do You Get Enough of Them?
This is one of the biggest issues when it comes to diet pills. Companies will go on and on about studies to try to convince consumers only to use a small amount that’s not proven to deliver the results. And it’s often difficult to determine if a product actually has enough of those proven ingredients because of proprietary blends.
But you don’t get that with Abidexin. Every ingredient amount is included on the label and you’re going to get a proven amount of every single ingredient. You can’t beat that when it comes to diet pills.
During studies, participants took the proven dosages 2-3 times a day. I recommend doing the same. Take 1-2 capsules before breakfast and lunch.
Abidexin users also recommend drinking plenty of water. It will keep you hydrated and prevent caffeine side effects.
Benefits of Using Abidexin
We’ve recently heard from a lot of people using Abidexin and we can say the results and benefits can be summed up as Abidexin works to:
- Reduce Body Fat by increasing metabolic activity
- Fight and reduce hunger and cravings
- Boost energy levels and enhance focus
- Produce rapid results when combined with regular exercise and a healthy diet

My Recommendation when it comes to Abidexin
Because Abidexin contains proven ingredients and proven dosages, it should help users lose weight and it’s easy for me to recommend you give it a try. All the ingredients are safe and since proven dosages are used, the side effect risk is low.
In fact, research shows these ingredients — except caffeine — do not cause side effects. The only users who reported side effects were sensitive to caffeine. And most people reported the side effects were minimal and went away after they got used to taking Abidexin.
A few users may not get results, so that’s why the Abidexin company offers a 100% money back guarantee. I recommend buying Abidexin because it’s one of the best diet pills I’ve reviewed with ingredients you can count on.
If you’ve tried Abidexin or have any questions, please leave your comment, I would love to hear from you.

I’m taking phentermine currently and don’t know how long my doctor is going to allow me to stay on this. Can I start taking abidexin after she takes me off phentermine?
Sheena Barrett May. 28, 2013 4:04 pm
If you ask your doctor about that, she’ll have a better idea of whether or not you should be able to begin using Abidexin immediately or if you should wait a time.

Vicki, Abidexin does contain african mango, but it’s under the name Irvingia Gabonensis. It has 150 mg.

Jammie, Abidexin is not the same as Adipex. Adipex is a prescription supplement and Abidexin has completely different ingredients.
